Shipping and returns

Our "Satisfied or Refunded" policy is a guarantee that any product which doesn't meet the Customer's expectations will be either replaced or refunded. If the payment has been made by Credit Card, the bank charge applied to us will be deducted from the refund; in the case that the returned product has to be replaced with another one of equal or higher value (even for payments by Credit Card) no penalty will be charged. Shipment charges will not be refunded; they will be refunded only in the case of faulty products or when the products have suffered damaged in transit. The returns must be made within 30 days from the date of reception. The returned products will have to be in their original undamaged packing and in "new" conditions, accompanied by the original shipping note. Any returns not complying with the above requirements may cause delayed refunds or replacements not imputable to La Bancarella Aseronautica s.a.s.
Torino will be the place of jurisdiction for any legal controversy that may arise.
